1. General Terms
"Hosting" is a service provided by companies or individuals, enabling them to publish a website - to make available to visitors to the Web, online. Spamming will not be tolerated (or spam - the process of sending unsolicited electronic messages) and we will discontinue contract with any customer who is suspected of spamming. Provider reserves the right to decide if the client is guilty of spamming and to discontinue the contract and services provided without prior notice.
By purchasing a template (pattern) web site, you acquire the right to use it, not the property, which means that templates can be purchased by anyone else. Also template (website model) may not be distributed and it is protected by copyright law. To purchase all the rights of a website model (template), it is necessary to contact the person who owns the copyright.
Service is provided as it is and while it has been contracted.
Supplier is obliged to provide contractual services during which they were paid. |
